Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products, access to educational courses, books
  • Selected health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is provided:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing due to reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your return will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

I haven't received a refund

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before your refund is sent.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email describing the reason and a photo of the item to: admin@witchcrafted.space

Always check the goods upon receipt at the post office; if the goods are damaged by the postal operator, the seller is not responsible.

Post services 

To return your product, you must mail it in. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you issue a refund and do not pay shipping when you send the item back to the seller, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
